There are many types of mental illness and they all affect people's lives in a noticeable way. Which is exactly why there needs to be podcasts about them. Because, really, what is life if there isn't a podcast about your problem? I give some practical advice, less like therapy and more like I'm your big sister and I'm telling you what I know from experience. It's slightly more geared towards youth and depression and ADHD, but there should be enough content that everyone would get something out of it.

How many families realize that most products on the market contain ingredients that can cause them, and especially their children, harm... some of these are probably in products you have sitting on your shelves right now - that you thought were perfectly safe. They accumulate in the body over years of use and can result in weaker immune systems and may contribute to many of the degenerative diseases so common today.
Have you also thought about the harm being caused to your children just from the foods they eat and fluids they drink. Many childhood allergies are caused from eating dairy, and various foods that contain pesticides. A myth about soy being good all around for your health, but could be the very ingredient doing harm to yourself, but most importantly your children. What about Vaccinations? Do you know what additives are being put within them and then shot into the bodies of our precious little angels? I am not an expert, but I am doing all the research I can so my children can grow up healthy. I have had my eyes opened wide!! And I want to share what I am learning and want to learn from YOU, about what you are doing to raise healthy children.
You can give your kids a healthier start by taking the potentially harmful personal care products out of their lives, and watching the foods they eat from the very beginning.
