Indie Pop-Rockers "Melodius THÜNK" have been together making great music since 1993. The band originates from Fargo, North Dakota where band members Wade, Jeff, Mike, and Dave all first got together.
Although the band was destined to end in 1995 when guitarist, Jeff, had to move to Delaware for a job, the band has persisted through the years. The members get together to write and record new material twice a year working around all the normal stresses of life including marriages, kids, work, and more.
The band's first release "Big Bang" was released in 1994 to local acclaim and led the band being featured in the local paper in an article written by Chuck Klosterman, who now writes for SPIN magazine.
Many CDs followed which show the bands evolving songwriting style and production skills. Their recent efforts include "two-thousand-and-one" (2001), "RadioActiveBand" (2003), and "Drivel" (2005)
The band combines a love for diverse styles of music into a fusion of pop, rock, country, jazz, bluegrass, and more that defies
written explanation.
