A killer has escaped from a mental asylum and he has already chosen his next victim. A struggling artist Daniela, inherits an old house from a distant aunt she never knew existed. She moves into the small sleepy town. Life seems perfect. While staying in her house, she encounters a series of bizarre nightmares. One day Daniela finds an old diary which tells the sad story of a young woman called Adaline, who used to live in the same house during the early 1900s. Daniela discovers that Adaline could see into the future. She was called a village witch by the locals. Adalines work in this world is not finished as she reaches out through nightmares and leaves cryptic prophecies hidden in the attic to warn Daniela of her impending death. Adalines restless spirit walks throughout the house and gets more agitated as doom approaches. Is Daniela the chosen one?
