GLOBAL SOUND DRIFT

GLOBAL SOUND DRIFT

Tempo Giusto is a young producer-DJ from Turku, Finland. Starting his electronic dance music career early 2007, Tempo Giusto is considered as one of the most prolific and promising producers in the world, and is already recognized by several international labels that release his music such as Black Hole, Anjunabeats, Spinnin', Shah-Music, Monster Tunes, Redux Recordings and Detox to name just a few. Tempo Giusto is also the co-owner of Finland’s most active dance label, Echelon Records.

Known for his unique and eccentric works, Tempo Giusto's trademark is clubbier, progressive trance that combines driving melodies with industrial-like, techy twists. Although having released several more melodious tracks, Tempo Giusto is best known for his darker, hypnotic bangers that are big room material. Such tracks include works like "Agent Orange, Tick Tock, The Name Game, Blow and Ignition" that were all well-received by the public, and featured in numerous top-100 lists - as Ferry Corsten (Nr. 7 in DJ Mag's top-100 list) commented: "I played Agent Orange a LOT in my sets". By 2009 Tempo Giusto has had some 60 tracks released worldwide and has remixed for artists like Mike Koglin & POS of Anjunabeats, Eddie Sender, Alex Kunnari, Phynn and Mark Sherry to name just a few. His remix of "Autumn" gained worldwide attention and POS of Above & Beyond said: "I've had it on repeat for a week now, I love it." It is no wonder that Tempo Giusto's works get continuous support from Markus Schulz, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Armin van Buuren and Roger Shah among others. The latter gave his two cents regarding Tempo Giusto's production: "I really like and support it a lot." Tempo Giusto is also known for his numerous collaborative works in Synthika and for his techno-progressive alias Thomas Kandinsky.

Tempo Giusto’s credo for a successful club night is to concentrate on varying driving progressive and melodic trancers with techier beats. Besides doing live shows in Finland, Sweden and United Kingdom, Tempo Giusto also hosts two monthly radio shows as himself and with Synthika on the growing AfterHours.FM. His own 2-hour set, Global Sound Drift, is a thrilling experience for a clubber anticipating a mix filled with continuous energy, smashing bangers and symphonic trancers. Tempo Giusto’s radio shows result in hundreds of replies and his mixing style and ear for fresh tracks are critically acclaimed. Also doing frequent guest mixes, his next upcoming big event includes a "15 minutes of fame" with Tiesto's weekly "Club Life" mix, and a feature in Black Hole Recording's official radio show. Tempo Giusto has only started his musical journey - Mike Koglin naming him as the most underrated DJ in 2009 tells a lot about this future promise.
